Online configurator for dynamically changing products

We have, lets say, 20 products. Each of those products can be sold individually, and have benefits/features. Each product, though, can be added to other products to make a better story than each one alone can. This tool will be designed to build a story on why a person would want to buy multiple products from us, rather than single ones.

We desire a simple online tool that shows the ADDED value of adding pieces to each other.

So, what we desire is something along the lines of: Scratch programming language, or Google Blockly ([login to view URL]) The person building this application for us could even use Blockly, that is fine, and would decrease development time.

User interaction: those platforms use puzzle pieces that ONLY fit with specific other pieces to allow the user to drag/drop whatever they want, and the ONLY way things will work is if the puzzle pieces "match". The user will be able to drag/drop those puzzle pieces to see how the products interact with each other.

There will be a separate part of the window that lists those benefits in a nice way, etc.

This will allow us to add more items in over time, and the puzzle pieces will guide what actually works, etc.

Preference for HTML5, but anything can be proposed...Unity, etc. We want to be able to update this ourselves, and so the code needs to be clean for us to be able to do that. We also want this to run on any web platform, but if "mobile" makes this too hard, we can stick with desktop, though we would want something that could be used on desktops as well as tablets if that is possible.

Also note: If you send an obvious template response to this posting, your submission will not be considered.....and if you give examples, please give examples of what I am looking for, not other work. I am looking fo a custom web application.
