Help With Asp.Net MVC 5 Razor Model

Hi I have a very simple project that I need some help with. The application consist of only 1 view written in ASP.net MVC5 razor C# with SQL backend. SQL has 1 to many relationships. I want to add rows dynamically in the database using Entity Framework.
DB Structure is:
tblCase
============
case_id, case_name, date_created
tblChild
============
child_id, child_name, date_created
tblCaseChild
============
id, case_id, case_name, child_id (foreign key), date_created
Basically I want to Create a Case and have multiple children assigned to a case. The form has to have :
I textbox for case_name
and another row for child_name and a button to add another row for child or delete the row
and a submit button [HttpPost]. No need for update or delete. Just 1 insert only as Save Method.
The app has to use MVC5 C# razor with entity framework. I have test project with the DB structure and can send you. You only have to create view and a controller.
