We are looking for a very simple GUI Applet that will convert a Bar Delimited CSV File to a Comma Delimited CSV File. It will also need to do the opposite (Comma Delimited CSV file to a Bar Delimited CSV file). The user should be able to select the input file and define the output file's name and location from the GUI.

Basic mockup and company logo attached.
