General information for the website: We sell on-line - eCommerce with 40 million products

Database management system (DBMS): MySQL

Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of requirements/features: I am seeking some to assess and assist with fine-tuning / optimising the existing algorithms that return results when a search is made via our site.

There are nearly 40,000,000 (40 million) records all categorically organised and I need someone with experience in Sphinx Search to enhance the search results so that they are more relevant whether by wildcard implementation or otherwise.
