We're looking for a Internet Make ting Specialist with fluent German to join us. German Internet Auto Market is where we aim to stand out and differentiate ourselves from other companies in our space.

We’re a talented, dynamic team who do a lot to deliver the best used and new machinery to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

Effectively responding to calls and emails from websites to confirm our accounts and being the first point of contact for our German customers, including:

- Placing orders and processing telephone payments

- Resolving delivery issues and liaising

- Handling complaints and resolving order issues such as replacements and returns

- Guiding customers through the site and assisting customer web difficulties

- Advising on products and helping customers with information that will help them better care for their purchase

Delivering a high standard of customer care to all customers

Assisting the other teams
