Single Column Wordpress Theme Coded

G' Day Wordpress Coders,

I want to turn my Salespage at [url removed, login to view] into a Wordpress Theme.

Here are the features I need.

1) Very clean coding at the top, so the search engines, can read my content, almost immediately.

2) Header Included (Seperate PHP include page for easy changing) [url removed, login to view]

3) Page Buttons Straight Under The Header I want it just like the buttons at [url removed, login to view]

4) Single Column Format - 777 Pixels Wide With Background image on table [url removed, login to view] Default Text = p align="justify"> font size="3" face="Verdana"

5) Page Buttons Straight Above The False Footer Same as #3) except above the False Footer

6) False Footer (Seperate PHP include page for easy changing) [url removed, login to view]

This is where I want the table to close, but I still want additional content below.

7) Underneath the False Footer I want Additional Articles div align="center" font size="+1" face="Verdana">

Previous Posts List with Title Links | Posted On .(with the latest first)\ div align="center" italics font size="3" face="Verdana"

8) Real WP Footer - Includes Copyright etc.

9) I want all Pages to be in this same format.

10) Posts - Similar design to Pages but with no Additional Articles after False Footer. When somebody clicks on individual post, it shows the content of the post PLUS it has a list of previous posts (latest first) with more content (showing excerpts or even the whole post).

So the post order would go.

Header > Top Page Buttons > Individual Post Content > Previous Post List With Content > Bottom Page Buttons > False Footer > Real Footer

11) Needs to be easy to install, just upload and activate theme.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
