(VBSCRIPT) search and add rows in MS Excel

I need this to be done in vbscript. ( .vbs file)

i want this script to search an excel worksheet (say sheet1) and find all rows which meet certain criteria and then insert those rows into another .xls file in different sheet.

steps:

1. open [login to view URL], find all rows with cell1="some value", cell2="some other value", etc.

2. Insert those rows into [login to view URL] into sheet1 or sheet2 or sheet3 depending on some criteria.

simple vbscript...can anyone do this? contact me asap.
