Project Description

Multiple phases and potential for MUCH more future work. Do just a LOGO or plan for the complete package.

First, I have a 22 lot subdivision that has broken apart from [url removed, login to view] and will need to be re-branded. The new logo/name shall be use FAIRWAYS as the name, although the URL has not been purchased yet. (changes behind the scenes require the rebranding).

After the logo is approved, I'd like to start with the big 4 foot x 8 foot physical sign (to be printed locally, just supply a pdf to the digital printer) that will go at the entrance to the subdivision. I have a general idea of the design, but would like to tie-in with the logo as much as possible.

After the logo, sign, we need to produce a website for the rebranded lots

After the logo, sign, and website #1, the original website ([url removed, login to view]) will need some modifications (both to content and design). This is MINOR work, with only a few graphics that we'd need help with, otherwise the content we can easily change.

And, lastly, the primary builder lacks a website (one exists, but hasn't been updated in years), for which someone can potentially aid in it's creation as well.

Depending on the skill sets of the freelancers, feel free to bid on just the LOGO, or if you have the skills think about the bigger entire package as we work together and we like the resulting products produced.

Budget: low for only logo, up to $1000-2000 for all. Feel free to either quote a fixed budget or an hourly rate if/when scope of project changes.

Look forward to working with you,
