I need 4 Websites developed per the attached mocks and this will be ongoing work. You will develop the mocks in PNG and then when the design is finalized you will create the HTML/Images.

You must be available on Skype and have no more than 1 day turn-around for corrections.

Quote your price for the PNG mocks and then HTML.

Any modifications to the PNG/HTML will be done by the Hour...quote your hourly rate....PM with rates...

Provide samples of your work as we are going to refer our REALTORS to your company for any custom design work.
