Mobile version modifications - deactivate join using mobile phone

We have 2 sites with mobile version active.

The mobile version has login and join part.

Because the normal version is modified, we would like to deactivate

the option that members can join with their smartphone, only people can login with mobile version.

I future we might need design customize in colours of the site for app and mobile version.
