Web Site in Dreamweaver - simple updates. PC & MAC testing

Hi,
I need some simple updates done to my website [login to view URL] . They are as follows :
- The start up flash animation is centred on a mac but not on a PC. This needs fixing.
- The left hand column with buttons and NEWS needs to be in a template so if i change/update on the home page all the other pages are consistant and the updates appear. EG i dont want to have to update it on every page.
- Contact. The 'your name' and 'your email' fields need to work when submit button is clicked. Needs to work on every page and submissions go to ''
- I cant remove the excess white space at the bottom of the about page. Same with Studio page.
- the site looks different on a pc to a mac, so it needs to be uniform on both. I have a mac and it all looks fine, this is how the site shoudl look on both platforms...... on a PC the following is wrong.
*Spacing of About page text. The pics and bars overlap.
*Links page - the text overlaps the white boxes.
- the flavicom icon on the about page doesnt appear in the address bar
- In the NEWS section the second HERE link (08/2008) isnt underlined on a pc but is on a mac. Needs fixing.
