CSS Page Design - Magento

We would like this completed within 24 hours.

A screen shot has been included. We want only the items in the screen shot not anything else on the example site. Please go to [url removed, login to view] and take a look at their page and copy their layout minus anything thats not in the screen shot. We us magento so all we are going to do is add the code to the home page and upload the CSS file. The magento template will have the header, footer.... We will change the graphics to our own and anything else thats not ours we just want a similar layout to theirs. We just like the layout and I cannot get it to work correctly on my end as I don't know CSS well enough.

Page specifics:

Width of page you will create is 960px

The newsletter box should be integrated with magentos newsletter subscription so its functional. We can direct you to our website if need to look to see how the subscription box works. You can also find it out on magentos site I am sure.
