Need a nicely designed one-page client side app which provides a walk-through of options:

- Step 1. Wheelchair details. All details are mandatory.

- Asks for a client ID (a string).

- Wheelbase (int) (millimetres)

- Front-track width (int) (mm)

- Rear-track width (int) (mm)

- Height of scales (int) (mm) (default 20mm)

- Step 2. Load cell test data. All details are mandatory.

- Front wheels up: Left (int) (kg) - Right (int) (kg)

- Base level: Front - Left (int) (kg) - Right (int) (kg)

- Base level: Rear - Left (int) (kg) - Right (int) (kg)

- Front wheels down: Left (int) (kg) - Right (int) (kg)

- Step 3. Results.

Present a display of results - Uphill, Downhill, Sideways (L down), Sideways (R down).

These results are calculated. For now :

Uphill = Wheelbase + Front wheels up Left + Front wheels up Right

Downhill= Front-track width+ Front wheels down Left + Front wheels down Right

Sideways L =Front-track width+ Front wheels down Left + Front wheels down Right

Sideways R = Front-track width+ Front wheels down Left + Front wheels down Right

Provide a download to download the details as a csv. NB: No data is to be saved server side.

Technical requirements: Ideally client-side code. We don't want to run server side code. Mobile friendly. Happy with Jquery, React or Angular. We will be further developing this with future server side components but at the moment this won't be.
