E-commerce website design for a holiday resort in Tioman Island

I need to setup an e-commerce website for a resort.
You need to have experience in building an e-commerce website for resorts or hotels.
Please advise the 3rd party credit card gateway that is most suitable to be able to debit into a Singapore and Malaysia bank account.
The requirements are:
1. Design the look and the feel of the whole project
2. Customers are able to reserve rooms online and pay by credit card.
3. Room reservation email will be sent to the resort, while the resort will contact the customer thru email whether has the room been successfully reserved, and money recieved.
4. Create a reservation form like [url removed, login to view], but only difference is the credit card is transacted once click confirm. (please suggest any systems and ideas if any.)
Please look into possibilities with integrating the credit card gateway using e-nets, ([url removed, login to view]), else others.
I will come out with the text copy and the number of pages needed and also the photographs.
