Expert WPF team required Making GUI in WPF (Emergency Project)

the project consist in making a 1 to 1 clone of another applications GUI (including dummy data), to be able to see both the original application and the clone side by side, go throught the gui and make sure that when clicking on the different buttons the same GUI, Grids, product views etc are there as if it where the original application.

the project will use a WPF enterprise library of components called syncfusion (you can see more about syncfusion at: [url removed, login to view]).

after the clone we will start planing different stages to add more GUI and start implementing the functionality of the system. each stage will be a milestone of 15 days where the team will deliver and get paig for every milestone reached.

WE DO NOT PAY FOR TIME !!, we pay for deliverables i want to make this clear from the begining so there is no missunderstanding. you need to deliver what we have agreed so you can get paid.

IMPORTANT NOTE: we need experienced developers, we dont want people just that say they are experienced and when we see the work looks like the work of someone that has just started to code 2 weeks before of is reading "My First WPF" application book.

sorry to say it like that but we have lost so much time already in our project and found ourselvs in that situation already 3 times.
