Wordpress Latest Posts Sidebar Scroller

I need a plugin or widget (or both) that will display latest posts in a slider in the sidebar or widget area.
The posts need to show:
The title
The Excerpt
The date
A "read more" button and text
At the bottom of this box needs to be an image of an arrow. If you click this then the previous post details (as above, title, etc) are shown in the box.
If you click it again the next previous post is shown etc.
At the top of the box is another arrow. If you click this then the next newest posts detail is shown, etc.
So you can scroll through older or newer posts by using the bottom or top arrow respectively.
The top and bottom arrows will change colour as you hover over them.
I have a PDF with the exact design that I want for the style/look of the box (attached), plus PSD images.
I can give you log in to the site plus FTP details also.
Job MUST be completed within 3 days.
I think it's quite an easy one, nothing too difficult.
