Wordpress multi-site network templates designed: 1-100 projects - open to bidding

My online marketing clients need websites for their small businesses. We are taking on new clients monthly. They all need websites, and I want to "template" the process.
A WP multi-site network would make it easy to "copy" a template, make a few changes, and have a client's site ready in NO TIME.
I need a SMART, FAST designer to build the templates (shown below), and then setup each new client by "replicating" the multi-site and changing the copy/images.
Could be a lot of small projects and large projects. IF you are very responsive and sharp : )
