Rotoscoping people from video

We have 20+ clips we need rotoscoping for a fast turn around project. They were filmed using a tripod in public (1920 hd footage).
None of the lcips are longer than 5 seconds. Quality is needed, so decent tracks will have to be made with mocha and AE or similar.
