we would like to have a script created that takes our json data and loads into a scrolling ticker using angular.js

Here is an example of what we have now, but needs some improvement.

Features that we need included are:

- draggable

- continous scroll

- smooth scrolling

- angular.js

We are looking for this to be ready in a couple hours.
