I am creating an app for a real estate broker who is looking to find more leads. As the designer of the project I have a created a prototype of an app that I'm trying to create. The video is included which will give you a good idea of the functionality and design of the app. The app will give people the opportunity to add referrals of their friends and family for real estate they are interested in buying or renting. Then our sales team will contact these referrals and try to secure the sale. If the sale goes through the customer gets a commission.
For this to work there needs to be a way for the sales team to receive and organize the data coming in. As well giving up-to-date information on the referral to the customers quickly and easily.
Pages I will need:
---Landing page
Similar to the prototype but may change and include more animations such as objects moving from one picture to the other as you scroll (I will create this using protopie).
---sign in page
Option to sign in with Facebook.
---Account
View account information such as contact details.
Dashboard with information such as referrals added, date last submitted, etc...
---Add referral
New accounts can add 10 referrals but after that they can only add 3 a day.
They will answer simple questions about the referral.
They can search from their contacts and it will fill all the contact information automatically.
May include simple animations.
---View referral
They can see up-to-date information about their referral and with certain categories that the sales team will select such as Pending, Successful, Viewing properties, unreachable, etc.
A report of successful sales with how much commission they will receive.
---billing information
They can add or change their billing information such as their swift code and billing address
---transaction history
---Contact us
The app may become more and more detailed as time goes on and will need constant updates and improvements after release, but for now I'm looking for a general quote of creating the app on ios and/or andriod.
