I am looking for someone to develop a simple, multi-player, LAN connected Android tablet game App. The game will be a strategy game, and I have a detailed game design and concept in mind that the programmer must implement. The game should support 2 to 30 players all on the same LAN so no external server needed and therefore no engine. Note the maximum response time to update players devices. This App should be designed to run on Android tablets and utilize the tablet's full potential.

This project is proof of concept with a follow-on MVP project expected.
