Parsing error response for angular js ng table

So I currently have an error message in the following response: Could not delete value- the following must be deleted first: Value1 with ids: [1,1] , Value2 with ids: [1]. I want to parse this error message so that it populates an ng table in a certain format and I can also use the values in the message so the 1s in this case to delete the values associated with the ID.
