ASP.NET UI only with master page and detail page

I want a master detail page with a good layout. I have wireframes but will require you to sign NDA or I will have to change content in the wireframes. It's a really simple project. If you can design a UI on top of asp.net web form with a master and detail page. I also want some form of nice tab between. The project is for business users so I don't want it too fancy. Serious with good graphics. The name of the site will be "B2B Exchange". I need labels with good font which I can change myself as I add content.
