I want C# methods that will connect to TD Ameritrade api and do the following:
Method 1: Input parameters Client ID, Account ID. Should auththenticate and return security token and refresh token.
Method 2: Input paratemers Client Id, Refresh Token. Should return me the new refreshed security token and Account Balance.
Method 3: Input Paramters client id, security token and account number. Should return the account balance.
