Url rewriting in ASP server (Without .net) only FTP acces

Extremely URGENT JOB!!!!!

Hi,

I have my website in ASP (without .net) in a shared server (Windows) and I can not manage the IIS configuration and the Open up Internet Services Manager. I only have acces to a ftp server (folders html and Data).

In the main menu of my website we have url as

[url removed, login to view];lang=es

(approximately 8 URLS)

I need to convert all the urls of the main menu as for example:

[url removed, login to view] for a better SEO in Google

Software as Isapi and other url rewriting software not found, is not supported by a hosting provider and I can not change my hosting provider!
