Quick ASP/SQL fix needed

I moved a site from one windows server to another. Imported the database and set the site back up. I can connect to all pages EXCEPT ASP pages. I get a connection to the database error (server not found or user not allowed).

This is Windows Server 2003 and SQL Express 2005.

I need a quick fix for this error.
