FREEPBX - HELP WITH EXTENSIONS AND CIDS

Hi,
I have FreePBX installed and configured and working properly. I need help configuring extensions and custom CID's so I know WHICH DID and DIGIT was called. Here is the configuration currently:
BUSINESS #1 (111-111-1111)
press 1 for sales (routes to ext 101)
press 2 for blank (routes to ext 101)
press 3 for blank (routes to ext 101)
caller can also direct dial ext 101 or 102 to reach myself or my partner
BUSINESS #2 (222-222-2222)
press 1 for sales (routes to ext 101)
press 2 for blank (routes to ext 101)
press 3 for blank (routes to ext 101)
caller can also direct dial ext 101 or 102 to reach myself or my partner
BUSINESS #3 (333-333-3333)
press 1 for sales (routes to ext 101)
press 2 for blank (routes to ext 101)
press 3 for blank (routes to ext 101)
caller can also direct dial ext 101 or 102 to reach myself or my partner
- When my ext rings, I need to be able to know WHICH business DID was called
- I want to know if they pressed 1, 2, or 3 so I know if it's a sales call or intended for another department
- NOTE that I would like my ext to be 101 (ie able to be accessed by dialing 101) for any business DID I have in the system. I would like a different voicemail greeting for each 101 extension (would i set this up as a directories, groups? how can this be possible)
- Possibly a prefix in front of every CID?
