Edit/Modify Sound of MP3 Audio

I need someone who can improve the sound quality of my audio. It is an audio of my University course lecture. There are a lot of background noise and echo that it really irritates me from listening to it after extended periods of time (it also gives me a headache!). So the most important objective is to significantly reduce the irritableness of the audio (perhaps by reducing the background noise and the echo).
If you have knowledge on audio editing, please bid on my project, and I will send you a little "sample" of the audio to be edited.
If it is modified/edited to my satisfaction (i.e. if it significantly reduced the irritableness), then I will pay you to provide me with "the exact settings" of the effects that you used.
Again, RATHER THAN you editing all of my audios, I would rather you just provide me with the exact settings of the effects that you used. The reason is because I have too many University audios to modify/edit, so I would rather just know how to do it all myself for my specific audios (they all also have the "exact same" irritating sound, so the "same" settings/modifications will work for all of them).
I would prefer to do this modification using the free AUDACITY software, but any other audio editing software is okay as long as it can provide me with very good results, and it is affordable for me to purchase online.
So again, I want to purchase the "know how" of editing my specific audios. If you're interested, please bid on this project, and I will send you a little "sample" to modify. I will then choose the Freelancer who did the best job at modifying my sample, and for a reasonable price. Thanks!
