looking for 3ds Max drafter with expertise in 3D modeling.
The drafter will be provided with Autocad 2D drawings (plans & elevations) of an apartment building.
Attached are some pictures of the last Rendered version of this apartment Building.
Also Attached is a screen capture of the autocad file including the UPDATED plans & elevations.
!!! The Elevations should be modeled exactly as the DWG elevations. Including the separate materials !!! (see the attached renders of the last version).
3D model will have to be made of the Building Exterior (no need to model Interior parts).
Sub components of the finished model will include parts as described below.
The model will consist of separated parts selectable by different colors :
Walls, Floors, Frames, Glass, Fence, Roof, Grass, Pergola, Sun Colt, Pavements & Ramps, Road, Pavement Border, Park Lines, Window Eden (all as shown in the attached zipped Max sample).
The file format will be MAX (made with 3ds max software).
Attached is a zipped 3ds Max file including he last version of this apartment building.
The NEW model parts should be the same.
