The first application we want to create is simple. The user will be opening a file of various file formats obtained via internet download, email download, Bluetooth transfer or microSD. The user will NOT be allowed to edit the current file contents but rather will create a layer on top of what is shown in the file and then save the file which would then have two layers.
I will provide to you (the developer) the wireframes and all front-end design and graphics necessary. You will need to create the files necessary for the application to be packaged and distributed to users as well as the files necessary for the user to install the application. The application will require a registration code or some other security measure to ensure (as best we can) that people are purchasing the application and not pirating it. We would also like an easy way for the application to be updated periodically and easily by the user with updates provided by download or similar.
