Need a small utility program developed on linux for new file notify
It works like
It will be running all the time watching a folder and all subfolders inside it. Whenever a new file is uploading in any of the folers inside, it will watch it until the upload finishes and once the file upload is completed, it will post the file path to a php script; It will be notify 5-6 new file path to php per request, not more than that as there is a limit in url length. You may think of a better way to watch comleted uploads or wait on the file modified time for say 5-10 min; if there is no update in modified time, conside it as full upload. You can not notify a half uploaded or just created file, as incomplete uploads can not be further processed by php script.

There could be 100s of file upload per min. It must be able to very effecificantly manage the notify theards. Must not take on memory.

If you need you can use Inotify or whatever free available; You must be be able install and run the everyting needed for this utility to run. SSH access would be provided.
