Script/Macro for keyboard arrows

I am looking for a customized script/macro that would automatically press arrow keys for a certain amount of time upon activation. For eg - up ([url removed, login to view]), right ([url removed, login to view]), up (1.2), up and left together ([url removed, login to view])....and so on.
The macro needs to work with flash based car games like

I should be able to tweak the amount of time these keys remain pressed as well change the sequence in which the keys are pressed. I am willing to make minor changes in 'your program' in order to change the time and the sequence.
IMPORTANT: A working final copy of the script needs to be delivered by 6 AM ET on Nov 17. The deal will be off if you do not meet this deadline.
I am looking to just WIN a of a car game that has very specific track with obstacles . If there is any other solution out there that can get me to WIN the game feel free to suggest that solution.
