I am looking for a programmer with MT4 API experience and trader Know-How.
The requirement for the plugin is very easy:
1.) The Plugin is filtering/ blocking every trade request (Market and pending orders) from client side during trading hours as long as the first quote after market opening hit the server.
2.) The plugin will reject client trade request In freezing price situations. Delay between server time and last quote per market needs to be specified by plugin owner.
