Run App in System Tray

I want to prevend running a second instance of my app if it is in the System Tray.

I have code that tell my app a second instance is being started.

**What I want to do is:

** If a second instance is started I want to start the app in the system tray instead.

**Code:

**See if app is in system tray.

If (app is in tray)

run it.

This is for Visual Studio 2005 C++.
