LTE enodeB list of all messages and packet structures in protocol stack

A *complete* list of all possible messages generated by each layer of the LTE enodeB protocol stack. Ideally this is generated in a file format compatible with an SDL/MSC tool, such as IBM rational SDL suite or Pragmadev SDL-RT.

A complete set of packet data structures for each message. This is to be delivered as a C header file and could be generated from an ASN.1 code generator.
