Small issue Fixture in proxy algoritham of video streaming application-Update4

Ours is a vc++/c# encoder client --> media server --> video viewer application. Which works similar to other video streaming applications like u#[url removed, login to view] (remove # to read correctly). it works flawlessly.
Also the application works fine for spoon proxy and also works for ipcop/squid proxy (But some time video get a little stuck and there is a bit of streaming delay)
We need a vc++ proxy and video expert to do the following Keeping the existing qualities same of the application.
1) For Ipcop video/audio is make sure that it will be totally smooth and streaming delay remain same (less than 2 second) as when the app is out of the proxy.
2) Application doesn't work in Mikrotik's web proxy. Please make it work.
3) Just ensure that it works behind authenticated/non authenticated mode even for the other proxy app like cc proxy and microsoft isa
server.
To be given: Complete source of vs 2008 running application.
Test Scenario:
- Load media server on our cloud
- Load encoder behind all the proxy mentioned above.
- Load the viewer behind all the proxy mentioned above. Viewer should able to display the live stream with no stuck and less than 2 sec delay.
