Rework C# WPF application in the way it works with WebBrowser component

I have a small tool, that retrieves page URLs from search engines and then parses their content.
I need someone to help me rework application's algorithm working with WebBrowser component. Now WebBrowser component is used always in the offscreen mode, the task is to switch browser into on-screen mode when there is a need to have user's input (like resolving captcha or accepting agreement). In a way that when user makes his input, then browser should go offscreen again and parsing should continue.
