Looking for an instructional overlay with video software

Hello, I am looking for an instructional overlay along with including an audio clip software, that will allow me to create step by step instructions on what you are to do on your computer to complete a particular task. I would like to be able to preprogram the overlay and audio recording to transition to the next step as they are clicking on the places the overlay is telling them to click. This will need to be able to know where the certain click area is, as on different computers, the windows will be in unpredictable places. The program will need to automatically take the user to their desktop when they run the program. And this program will always start on the desktop. ONLY if you are EXTREMELY sure you can do this job, please reach out. Or if you happen to know of a program that already does this, please share as well and I would be happy to compensate for the information.
