I have a network site that was done in coldfusion and eventually I want it to have a lot of multimedia done to it. Site is already built
and needs to be modified and upgrades need to be installed.

Forum modified - Already Have one in place.
Site Redesign- Change profile layout and structure
And several other small upgrade tasks
Website is already done. I need someone who is savy, smart and knows how to make and build a good site incorporating multimedia functions and fixing the ones there currently
I also have the IM script already.
Must be able to have excellent redesign skills, proficient in flash, able to set up merchant system, ability to integrate youtube features, blogging system and additional upgrades.
Payment will be in form of Escrow account. Also legal non compete clause must be signed with upon taking on the job/including id verification.
