Streaming and Downloadable Media For Sexology Web Portal

We already have a website at [url removed, login to view] and teens.drrachael.com. It includes progressive downloads of audio and video for site users. Right now membership is free. I would like to revamp the site to 1) include streaming video and audio, 2) include paid membership levels using [url removed, login to view]'s technology or any other secure and easy to use system. The backend of the site is already very easy to use and my programmers used cold fusion to create the site. I want the update to be in line with what is already present on the site. The updates would be very easy to upload the audio and or video that could then either be streamed or downloaded for use on portable media devices.
I would also like to update the look of the website and make it more user friendly. The home page in particular needs a redesign to include a video player that streams automatically when the site home page opens.
I envision having thumbnails for each video clip which would be a sex tip or some form of relationship advice. I would also like to be able to protect the media so that it could only be used for a specified period of time.
I would also like to add a live chat feature to the site.
Since there are two different sites within the site, one for teens and one for adults, I need to have the ability to decide which audio and video files would be uploaded to which part of the site.
