Hi,
I'm looking for a develop that can create windows software to merge multiple PDF files into one.
I want something that looks like this:

The application need to be able to merge PDF files.
- I love the GUI of the Adobe software above, I WANT something that looks like that! Do not bid, if you don't have the skills!
- User can select or "drag and drop" PDF files into the software and organize them.
- Display thumb for each PDF file added.
- User can move/drag the thumbs around to organize and order them.
- User press a button and the PDF files will be merged into one and saved in the selected output folder (desktop is default).
- Settings and Help page.
Software will be more features - contact me for complete list.
