Hi

-There is a form on the website, [login to view URL], that I would like to replicate for my own website.

-You'll note that the "address" input field is powered by the google maps API.

-I have purchased gravity form with Geolocation extra.

A previous freelancer worked on this form but could not complete the last steps. He was having trouble implementing the geolocation on my WP theme. You can see his work here: [login to view URL]

The requirements are:

-complete the CSS styling on the slider

-Make the form embeddable on any page on my site. E.g. I would like to embed it on the homepage and on any other page I choose. Perhaps with a shortcode.

The last freelancer wasted two weeks before finally telling me he couldn't complete the job. If you cannot complete the job, that's fine, no hard feelings. Tell me immediately. DONT WASTE MY TIME.
