OpenSIS - customization of school report card

I need a PHP developer who is familiar with the openSIS Student Information System. The system is function-based and does not use any PHP framework. The only thing I need customizing is the grades report card.
1. Add a column to show Maximum marks - 100 for each subject
2. Add a column to show Passing mark - 40 for each subject
3. Add a column to calculate Grade Average per class (4 sections)
4. Separate marks and percentages, each to be in its own column
5. Add the last row to calculate the student average symbol
6. Remove header & footer with URL on PDF printout
7. Put a solid border around the report card
