WordPress Conversion for Dynamic E-commerce Site

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can convert my dynamic website into a WordPress site. The current website features:
- User registration and login
- E-commerce functionality
- Content management system
Our current website is entercostarica.com. It is currently in a custom CMS. We would like to convert the site to a WordPress site and theme.
The theme must be:
Work seamlessly with the Elementor
Beautiful and fast loading for desktop, tablets, and mobile
Category pages must include content as it does on our current website.
Use the current URL structure so there is no SEO loss
Must be connected to Yoast for SEO
Use a high-quality image enhancing plugin that permits meta title, description, alt text, and caption. The images must be set up to dynamically draw the page title for the meta title, first 150 characters of text for meta description, and use the meta description as the alt text by default if there is nothing entered.
Have a very versatile form system including a custom form like this: [login to view URL]
Convert current tags to WP tags
Must connect to our review system (check reviews at the bottom of this page)
The site must have a very clean and professional feeling while inspiring travel. Primary colors must be tropical orange, green, and blue.
Our current (custom) CMS stores all data points such as page title, parent page blurb, content for the first paragraph, all additional content, etc. This all must be converted to WordPress and there must be dynamic connections for everything to our database, just as it currently is set up. Most of your images are currently 680x340 in size, so we will need you to run an AI process to increase the size of the images we currently have to match teh new site design. We want larger images anyway, so this is necessary.
This will require 19 different types of pages.
Must add a blog, including parent pages and blog posts pages
The site must be set up with premium security, caching, JetPack, etc.
We will supply all plugins and purchase all licenses but we need you to tell us which plugins/themes you need.
After the pages are built, all content must be imported to the new site design. In other words, we need a completely new WP design for our website that is connected to our database. This includes all page content, metadata, etc.
The ideal freelancer for this project would have solid experience with WordPress conversions, eCommerce websites, CMS, User Login systems, and Google Analytics integration.
