This work needs to be completed in a four step process to complete this project:
Step 1:
You need to scrape (harvest) Yellow Pages for the search terms "Office Fitout", "Construction Project Management", "Engineer Construction", "Commercial Builders", "Concrete cutting", "Plumbers commercial and industrial", "Electrical contractors commercial", "Electrician commercial", in Greater Sydney, NSW, and export it to excel.
You should find the below search results:
Construction Project Management: 862
Office Fitout: 585
Engineers Structural: 292
Commercial Builders: 117
Concrete Cutting: 234
Plumbers Commercial & Industrial: 2733
Electrical contractor commercial: 5366
Electrician commercial: 202
Step 2:
Businesses may be listed under more than one category so the next step is to DEDUPE the records against each other so each business is included ONLY ONCE in the excel spreadsheet.
Here are the fields that need to be captured in the spreadsheet include:
First name* (see NB below)
Surname* (see NB below)
Job title* (see NB below)
Business name
Business size* (see NB below)
Address
City
State
Phone Number
Company Fax: (if provided)
Website (if provided)
Email (if provided)
*NB. these details will not be available from Yellow Pages and will need to be added in from another data source - see Step 3 below
Step 3:
The data compiled will be missing the key contacts we need to target and will also be missing the business size/no. of employees, so the next step is to cross reference the compiled contact list in excel, against LinkedIn, searching for these titles within the businesses: "Project Manager", "Contracts Administrator", "Engineer", "Site manager", "Foreman", "Plumber", "Builder" and where data is available, fill in the following fields:
First name
Surname
Job title
Business size (no of employees)
We know some businesses will not exist on Linked in. Where businesses DO NOT exist on Linkedin, please leave the these data fields BLANK (First name, surname, job title, business size).
Please bid on time it will take you, cost you require, and add a note whether you've have harvested or scraped before.
Please also advise if you have any knowledge of sources (other than Linkedin) that can deliver the specific contact information required (First name, surname, job title, business size)?
