Job Description
Looking for a qualified, aggressive and talented agents to market our new business loan products. Must be strong communicator, aggressive on the phone with prior B2B experience.
Your job: Call warm leads offering business loans
Provided to you: training, materials, leads, (xlite)`dedicated line, fax #, toll free w/ Ext for incoming calls, co email
Must be available to work 6hrs a day. Hourly rate $2-3/hr. Flexible schedule: 6EST - 6PM PST
Retention Bonus: $100 first mo, $150 2nd mos & $200 3rd mos.
Bonus per credit approved applicant: $2.5
Bonus per funded applicant: $25
Keep in mind i am providing all the tools including salary so there you must provide something back to me.
Quota: At least 150 calls for 6 hrs shift.
At least 3-5 live transfer a day using Xlite conference transfer - live call transfers - xlite transfer.
Must be willing to learn, work hard and make [login to view URL] job is to offer our business loans. During calls you will offer to send out finance info to those not quite interested via fax or email.
ALL payments must go through ODESK no exceptions. I am looking for a long term partnership. Not one time off job. You must work full time 4-5 days a week, 6hrs a day to qualify for the retention bonus and must work at least one full month to receive the retention. All bonus and retention is paid at the end of the month. Salary is paid weekly. I reserve the right to change this ad, salary and bonus before any work starts. Everyone will have one week paid evaluation before job is offered full time.
