I am looking for someone who has a good eye for design. You will need to have great ideas for business style print and web templates (keeping them simple yet elegant). We will pay by the item i.e. per template or per leaflet/business card. We are looking for someone who we can have an ongoing relationship and possibly someone who might be looking for a permanent role with a up and coming company, but to start off with it will be pay-as-we-go. We know how much ready made templates cost, and we will pay the same maybe a bit more for custom designs based around our customers requirements. We need someone who is an expert in Photoshop and can cut and slice templates so that we can apply dynamic output to them. We would prefer someone with knowedge of html/css and who has an interest in server side technologies like Asp.net and C# programming. Finally we want someone local preferably South-East as we are in Buckinghamshire and may require meetings. We need someone who can be called at any time by phone and will be there to take the call. NOTE: As mentioned your main skills have to be design, the other stuff is not that important just a nice to have, but we will pick design skills over anything else. Also remember to start off with we will pay by the item and as mentioned we know we can buy ready made templates for very cheap prices, but would rather prefer to give someone the cash if they are good at what they do.
