Update Theme and content for Opencart Email

I've got a opencart project, and needed somebody to help update the theme and content for 3 of the emails. We want to have it completed by Wednesday, so it's quite urgent. Attached is the requirement. Please provide the following.

1. Samples (if possible, applications with samples will be considered first)

2. Estimate cost (your application will not be considered without it)

3. Estimate time of delivery, if can confirm Monday night Australian/Melbourne Time.
