Reformatting and enhancing a user guide

We are looking for an experienced technical writer with perfect command over MS Word or Open Office software (as well as graphic software for adding arrows, numbers, text, etc...), good formatting/editing skills and flawless written English to update and enhance the user guide for one of our products.
We would expect it to be a total of 4 days:
- 1 day for editing the existing document with a more professional/printable format (font chosen, weight/colour of titles, headers/footers, table of contents, index, etc... etc...)
- 1 day for including the new features of the next version
- 2 days for adding more content (how to do, step by step, etc...)
We'll only be considering applications where you can provide us with an existing user guide or similar document that you have done.
You'll find attached a PDF version of the user guide in its current form.
