Hello, my name is Donna, I am a certified architectural drafter who is drafting up construction documents for small renovation projects. With 40 years of combining my drafting & design talents has led me to this work (did I mention for small projects). Because I worked in an architectural office specializing in new multi-use buildings & educational buildings, my drafting was always in the designing of restrooms, kitchens, theaters, community rooms while the mechanical work was completed by other drafters in the office.

Could you please let me know how much compensation it would be for your business to help me complete the plumbing, electrical, building materials for a 1000sq.ft. commercial building conversion. The young, new owner of this building, who is making sound property investments (leading to more work for us) is renovating this small building from many small offices (a realtor office), to one large community room (to become a barber shop)?

For this project I have already drawn up and submitted, to the city, our vicinity map & site plan, floor and electrical plans, elevations and sections which I can send to you, if you show interest in helping me. Unfortunately, my previous partner who helped me with this type of work, requested by the city, has recently retired due to his severe illness.
